Small Business

Growing up with parents who were small business owners, Will understands firsthand the hard work, sacrifice, and courage entrepreneurship requires. He spearheaded expansion of Montgomery County’s Minority, Female, and Disabled-Owned Business Program, substantially increasing opportunities for disadvantaged businesses. Will also secured major funding to create the Black Collective, providing leadership, training, and resources to support Black-owned businesses and build generational wealth.
