As a father of four, reproductive justice isn’t just policy—it’s deeply personal. Will has proudly and consistently championed reproductive rights, even here in Maryland where protections are strong. On the Montgomery County Council, Will voted to fund direct support services for individuals seeking abortion care and supported funding for legal aid to protect abortion providers. After the Supreme Court’s devastating Dobbs decision, Will led the Council in formally reaffirming its commitment to a woman’s fundamental right to choose. He will always fight to ensure everyone has full autonomy over their reproductive health, rights, and choices.
