When people hear Will's story and plan, we win.

That's why national special interests are spending $1.2 million on TV ads that lie about his record.

We can't outspend them.
But we can outshare them.

Special interests are flooding TV to lie about Will.
Education leaders are setting the record straight.

A $1.2 million Super PAC funded by national special interests is running TV ads that claim Will failed our kids on education. It isn't true. The leaders of Montgomery County's most prominent education organizations — the people who actually work alongside Will on schools every day — are saying the opposite.

Dr. Christine Handy
"Will Jawando has always shown up for students, educators, and school communities. These attacks are outrageous and completely inconsistent with his long record of advocacy for public education."
Dr. Christine Handy President, Montgomery County Association of Administrators and Principals
David Stein
"These ugly attacks come from outside developers who care more about prioritizing profit over people and care little about our students. Educators have endorsed Councilmember Jawando because he stands up to bullies and does what's right for schools."
David Stein President, Montgomery County Education Association
Pia Morrison
"This ad is a transparent attempt by wealthy developers to buy an election because Will Jawando always stands up for working families. That is exactly why Montgomery County needs him as County Executive."
Pia Morrison President, Service Employees International Union Local 500
