Will co-founded and served as the first Executive Director of Summer RISE, an MCPS program that has provided thousands of Montgomery County students paid internships and career mentorship opportunities. He has tirelessly advocated for programs that give our youth real-world experiences, equipping them with skills and exposure critical to lifelong success.
