Education
Will is a lifelong advocate for education—as a former senior education policy advisor in President Obama's Administration, and currently as Chair of the Montgomery County Council’s Education and Culture Committee. In this role, he has fought for equitable school funding, expanded resources for student mental health, and championed restorative justice practices to ensure every student feels safe, welcomed, and valued.
With growing attacks on public education and inclusive curricula, Will is committed to defending our educators and students, and unwavering in his commitment to an equitable, inclusive, and excellent education system for every child in Montgomery County.
