Will has consistently championed policies that uplift workers, strengthen local hiring, and advance economic growth and opportunity in Montgomery County. He co-led the passage of landmark legislation expanding the county’s prevailing wage law, ensuring workers on public construction projects earn fair, family-supporting wages. This legislation also mandates local hiring on county-funded projects, creating good-paying jobs, supporting apprenticeship programs for our youth, and helping local contractors compete fairly.
